Our Complaints Policy outlines our Patient Complaints Procedure and gives you advice about how to get a satisfactory response to your complaint. If you require a copy of the Complaints Policy please ask the Practice Manager.

If the complaint is of a medical nature and you are unable to find local resolution, you may contact the General Medical Council on: practice@gmc-UK.org or go to gmc-UK.org and complete their on-line complaints form.
